If arriving by car, exit the M27/A27 at the M275 and proceed south to the end of the M275 motorway. Follow signs for the seafront along Market Way and across the traffic lights into Alfred Road with St John’s RC Cathedral on your left. At the traffic lights at the end of Alfred Road turn right into Queen Street. Motiv8 office is located on the left hand side just past Lion Terrace. Look out for the blue painted iron railings! There is time limited on-street parking.
