Structure

Motiv8 has a management team, led by the Chief Executive supported by the Director of Operations, which oversees the day-to-day delivery of services and strategic direction of the organisation. The Chief Executive reports to the Board of Trustees.

In line with our service delivery model workers are employed to a series of generic job descriptions within the following organisation structure. Workers can be salaried staff, sessional staff or volunteers

Motiv8 Structure

Working with us
Each year approximately 50 volunteers are recruited and trained, before going on to take part in a range of volunteering activities. For full details and to see any staff vacancies visit our work with us page.


Training
All workers, including volunteers, attend initial training – Foundation for Youth Work – which is accredited with the Open College Network. Further personal development is aligned with the national qualification framework and allows for structured career progression.
