As the name suggests you do not need to refer to access this provision, for information about what is available please contact your closest community based team or contact the Motiv8 main office.

Targeted (Referral based) Provision

Motiv8 seeks to work in close cooperation with local partners, specifically in the delivery of Targeted Youth Support. Different Local Authorities have different arrangements to consider ‘Requests for Support’.

For young people resident in Portsmouth please complete a ‘Portsmouth Request for Support Form’  and return by email, post or fax.

For young people resident in Hampshire (includes Gosport) please complete a ‘Motiv8 Request for Support Form’  and return by email, post or fax.
