At the core of our work is the concept of building relationships and then sharing a journey with young people. The relationship may be with a trusted adult within the Motiv8 staff team or support with building relationships at home, with a teacher, an employer or wherever the need exists.

Motiv8 seeks to develop and offer service delivery in consultation and with the active participation of young people, partner organisations and the local community.
